Mountains and Medicine LLC retreats, expeditions, promotional materials, social media content, and correspondence between staff, facilitators, and subcontracted parties and participants do not establish a physician-patient relationship nor a therapist- patient relationship. Any and all medical, personal or family health, and/or mental health concerns should be discussed with your personal physician. Mindfulness education, communal grief support, and all other conversations of great intimacy are not “advice.” You are responsible for any and all life decisions you ultimately make.
